Andy and I have been together for years, but the road from med student to resident to attending has taken its toll — and lately it feels like my office sees more of me than my husband does. So when Andy decides to remind me exactly how hot he still is for me, my desk doesn't survive the afternoon. Which means it's finally time to rebuild.

This relationship has a built-in expiration date; he can't keep renovating forever. Eventually, we need to find out if we can build something that will last.
